Course Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Adynet, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring a smooth learning experience for all participants. 

Refund Policy 

  • If you wish to cancel your enrollment in an instructor-led or live online course, you can request a full refund or learning credit as long as you notify us at least 7 days before the course start date. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days and credited to your provided account. If you opt for learning credits, they will be issued within the same timeframe and can be used for future enrollments. These credits will remain valid for 180 days from the date of issuance. 
  • No refunds will be provided once the course has started. 
  • Payments made under promotions, offers, or discounts are non-refundable. 

Rescheduling Policy 

  • If you need to reschedule your course or change your start date, you must inform us at least 7 days before the original start date to avoid any fees. 
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days in advance will incur a 10% rescheduling fee based on the course fee. 
  • If you do not attend your scheduled class without prior written notice, your enrollment will be considered a “no-show,” and the course fee will be forfeited. 

Important Note: 

Refund requests made outside these parameters will not be accepted. 

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
